MIA 2012 OPENING

Presented during MIA Art Fair aboard SeaFair in Miami, January 2012, this special presentation featured two XL Bronze Jumping Brain sculptures by Emilio Garcia.

Measuring 20 x 40 x 30 cm, both pieces were cast in bronze and individually finished by hand. One version featured a polished bronze finish, while the second combined polished bronze with a deep black patina, emphasizing the contrast between reflection, weight and volume.

This presentation marked another step in the evolution of the Jumping Brain, bringing the iconic resin sculpture into a more permanent and traditional sculptural material.
