UNITED BRAINS OF THE WORLD

Continuing Emilio Garcia’s tour throughout North America, the Jumping Brain sculpture was presented at SCOPE Miami Art Fair during Art Basel Week 2011, thanks to Black Square Gallery.

For this occasion, Emilio created United Brains of the World, an installation featuring 12 handmade XL Jumping Brain sculptures in pearlized basic hue colors. Each piece was produced in resin and individually made by Emilio Garcia at the Secret Lapo Laboratories.

Arranged in a circular composition as a chromatic wheel, the installation combined color, repetition and scale to expand the Jumping Brain into a larger sculptural environment.

Presented from November 29th to December 4th at SCOPE Miami Art Fair, booth #25, each color was strictly limited to only 10 pieces and available through Black Square Gallery.
